Project Description:    H&AI provided Landscape Architecture, Survey, and Civil design for this 40-acre commercial/residential development in Stanwood. The development includes a medical center, senior and multi-family housing, theater, and many office and retail spaces. 
 

Mixed-Use:    A portion of the site provided for approximately 30,000 sf of commercial/retail space on the ground floor and 3 additional floors of residential (54) units on 2.2 acres.

Sewer Upgrades:    As part of the provided plans, H&AI completed work for an upgrade to approximately 900 feet of downstream sanitary sewer main located in an existing plat along the Pioneer Highway.
