Skip has been a professional land surveyor since 1996 and has worked continuously in land surveying since 1986. His 23 years of field and office experience includes research for boundary dispute resolution and chain of title, expert witness and attorney consultation, cadastral retracement, and coordination for photogrammetric mapping.
Skip is adept at working with subdivisions, condominium surveys, ALTA surveys, right of way determination, as well as surveys for utilities, transportation and site development projects throughout Western Washington. Skip joined Harmsen & Associates, Inc. 2000. |
