Project Engineer

Scott has extensive experience as a civil engineer in residential, public, educational, and commercial projects. With public projects, Scott is proficient in:

    • Value engineering

    • Design development

    • Assistance with permit and bid stages

    • Cost opinions

    • Specifications

    • Team coordination

    • Construction administration

This experience gives him an edge in anticipating and avoiding potential delays.

Scott is a LEED accredited professional and specializes in low impact design (LID). He has completed work on several projects that meet or exceed municipal sustainable standards including WSSP and ESDS.

Scott is currently working on a Living Building Challenge project. This school is the second one in that nation undergoing these design standards.
