Roger graduated from the University of Nottingham, UK with a B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering. He joined Schlumberger Oil Field Services and as a Product Manager was involved in the design and installation of oil well sub surface equipment. Later he started and managed his own FAA Repair Station in California. This company performed repairs and alterations of general aviation aircraft.

Roger came out of retirement to join Harmsen & Associates in June 2006 as a specialist in AutoCAD drafting. Roger's specific expertise is in the field of 3-D modeling and creation of Digital Terrain Models from LIDAR data. He is currently working on his L.S.I.T. certification.
