Richard Frazier, PLS Survey/Engineering Technician
Since joining Fakkema & Kingma in 1992, Rich has been a mainstay in both the Survey and Engineering Departments. He is an experienced land surveyor, CAD manager, and lead engineering technician specializing in utility and road design. Current responsibilities include project management and supervision/coordination of the Survey Department.
Rich is a Professional Land Surveyor and holds a B.A. in Business Administration from Western Washington University. Rich is a member of LSAW. |
