Peter Collins, PLS Project Surveyor
Peter is a Project Surveyor with over 15 years of progressive survey experience. He is licensed as a Professional Land Surveyor in the states of Washington and Arizona. He received a Bachelor of Science, Surveying, in 1993 from the Oregon Institute of Technology and joined HARMSEN in 1998.
Peter’s areas of specialties include global positioning systems (GPS) and construction surveying. He is proficient with Leica GeoOffice (LGO) and Ashtech Solutions software for performing post-processing and RTK coordinate transformation operations.
Peter has extensive experience in all phases of construction surveying. He has worked on extensive highway construction projects and provides office computation support on major transportation projects. |
