H&AI’s Land Use Planning has the expertise and experience to address planning and technical needs of our public and private clients. From working in a city planning department to working for a private developer, we have a wide and varied background in planning.

We are well acquainted with the code requirements of jurisdictions throughout the Puget Sound. We work effectively as an extension of these municipalities’ in house staff, and understand the private sector voice as well. This knowledge and expertise allows us to guide our private sector clients through often complicated regulatory processes.
