Jason T. Fields Engineering & Surveying Tech / Environmental Planner
Jason has a degree in Natural Resource Planning from Humboldt State University. He is familiar with ecosystem analysis, landscape ecology, soil science, conflict resolution and core planning.
Jason joined our firm in June 2001. Some of his expertise lies in regulatory compliance and permit coordination in support of engineering design work. Jason routinely coordinates with clients and public agencies merging design work with required environmental regulations and other commitments.
Before coming to F&K, Jason worked with Jones and Stokes Associates acting as project coordinator for various environmental management, natural resource, and community development projects. He also prepared technical sections for environmental compliance documents, comprehensive/general plans, and permit applications, and he researched and analyzed data for inclusion in environmental documentation.
His professional background includes experience with Natural Resource Management, Inc. conducting plant surveys and habitat assessments; coordinating and organizing daily fieldwork for crews; and identifying plants using various dichotomous keys. |
