Doug Slager, PLS President Director of Operations, Oak Harbor
Doug is the President and a principal surveyor for HARMSEN. Doug has over 35 years of experience in the surveying field. His expertise includes conducting topographic mapping, ALTA/ACSM surveys, site boundary, aerial control, and construction surveys. Work includes right of way determination, subdivisions, boundary line adjustments, elevation certificates, and Global Positioning System surveys.
Doug graduated from Calvin College in 1976 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice and has continued his education with additional course work in surveying, environmental studies, and architecture. He joined HARMSEN in 1979.
Doug has been an on call surveyor for Snohomish County PUD and Snohomish County Public works for many years. Doug has worked for a variety of private clients and municipalities throughout the Puget Sound.
Doug is now an integral part of the Oak Harbor community. He has been heavily involved with HARMSEN’s Oak Harbor operations for more than 3 years. Doug manages and performs survey work for local clients. |
