The Dental Arts Building is a three story medical office building with first floor parking located on a redevelopment site in the City of Covington, Washington. Harmsen & Associates performed a topographic survey of the property, locating and mapping the existing structures and utilities.

We prepared conceptual engineering and landscape architectural plans for the Land Use Process. H&AI will prepare the construction drawings for Permit Approval as well. Our work includes design of a waterline through the site and an infiltration facility for storm water control.

The landscape plan required specific parking lot landscaping, perimeter buffer plantings and right of way landscaping to meet the City of Covington code. We also designed two separate open space areas on this site with accommodations for pedestrian use.
