While running her own business, Britt worked regularly with developers and municipalities. She also worked for a local city planning team. This experience allows her to understand the views of all parties.
Britt’s expertise includes consensus building, annexations, coordinating conditional uses and design preferences with local governments. She regularly works with local councils and contractors. Britt’s understanding of ordinances and zoning issues make her a valuable asset to our clients.
Britt is a graduate of the University of Washington with a degree in Geography. She earned her national planning certification in 2003. |
