As a senior engineer with 32 years of civil engineering experience, Bill provides expertise in civil and transportation engineering, planning, design, management, and construction. His resume of hundreds of projects includes: • Roundabouts • Streets and highways • Airports • Storm drainage • Water distribution facilities • Sanitary sewer systems • Site development • Recreational facilities • Traffic signal systems • Traffic impact studies
During his career, Bill has worked as a consultant for numerous municipalities throughout the region. Bill has also worked on a variety of projects directly for, or coordinated with, the Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) and dozens of local agencies in Washington. Bill joined H&AI in 2007. |
